For Vietnamese customers: we send goods by reputable domestic courier: ViettelPost, VietnamPost (Postal),… or at your request.

For international customers: we send goods by reputable international courier: Fedex, EMS,… or at your request.

Returns

For Vietnamese customers: when you check the goods and are not satisfied, you notify the postman for returns immediately. Or after receiving the goods (within 24 hours), but you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us immediately to discuss more about the product. If you still want to return the goods and we agree, please send it back to us. When we receive the goods back, check the product is intact as the original, we will transfer the money back to you.
